Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using SynMentis, our customer research and AI shopper platform.

1. Using SynMentis

SynMentis provides tools that let you create customer research projects, run AI shopper journeys against websites, review findings, and use other product features made available through the service.

You are responsible for the websites, content, instructions, customer information, and other material that you submit or connect to the service. You must have the right to use that material and authorize SynMentis to process it for the purpose you request.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Do not share credentials in a way that gives unauthorized people access to your workspace.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date so we can operate the service and communicate with you.

3. Research results and AI output

SynMentis produces automated observations, summaries, recommendations, and other research outputs. These outputs are intended to help you make product and website decisions; they are not guarantees about customer behavior, sales, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing research outputs and deciding whether and how to act on them.

4. Payments, plans, and credits

Paid features, plans, and usage allowances are presented at checkout or through the product interface. Prices and included usage may change for future purchases, but a purchase is governed by the terms displayed at the time of checkout.

Where a subscription is offered, you can cancel it using the available billing controls. Cancellation timing and access to paid features may depend on the billing provider and the plan purchased.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use SynMentis to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or workspace.
• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
• Do not submit personal or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and the submission is appropriate for your intended use.

6. Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for SynMentis to operate the service. SynMentis and its underlying software, branding, interfaces, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
